Additionally, overeating increases blood pressure and levels of cholesterol in the blood, which is even worse for you than having high levels of these fats in your blood without eating at all.


2) Exercise regularly

Exercise is one of the best things you can do for your body, and it also has a huge impact on your mental health. Too often we think that we need to go from exercising zero minutes a day to an hour a day in order to see results, but studies have shown that even small exercise routines—such as going on short walking outings or taking the stairs—can help you lose belly fat quickly.


3) Eat five small meals throughout the day

The main idea behind eating five small meals per day is to eat smaller portions more often. Consuming smaller, more frequent portions of food helps stabilize blood sugar levels, which can have a positive effect on fat metabolism. Research has shown that people who spread their calories out by eating little and often experience more success with weight loss than those who eat three large meals per day.
